I have a small Shabbos takeout business from my home. I have a menu but would love ideas of what you would recommend ❤️

Healthy and fresh food!!
That’s what I wish I could pick up easily when I need a takeout shabbos. Less interested in kugels and saucy meat and chicken.
Fresh green salads, roasted vegetables, grilled chicken, chicken soup that is not full
Of soup mix like most takeout places. Quinoa salad etc.
Sourdough
Dips like pesto, garlic confit, roasted pepper not mayo based.

I would love to be able to buy a full gluten free shabbos. I have a child who is gf and I can never treat myself and just buy a full shabbos.

The costs of a mashgiach to wash and check would be prohibitive for a take-out.
Not such a good idea business wise! Wink
