Hi I want to make one for my DS bar mitzvah but I don’t know which program to use.
I don’t have a Mac. I have a windows computer. I used to know how to use windows movie maker but that doesn’t exist anymore.
Does anyone have any experience with windows apps that are good for this type of thing?

I think Google photos has a slideshow option for the albums

Windows now has Microsoft ClipChamp which is similar to MovieMaker
