I need to purchase some new tops/outfits. I'm short and high waisted. I'm not particularly overweight, but my stomach sticks out because of multiple c-sections. I need clothes that accentuate my waist and don't make me look like I'm wearing maternity so nothing long or needs to be worn tucked in.

Not sure where you’re located, but I’m petite as well, and I usually do pretty well in fame bh.
I’ve also gotten tops/ plain sweaters from Amazon if you type in cropped

Ann Taylor Loft has petite, and Macy’s - you can filter by size, neck line, sleeve length.
