I’d say around $50-60 gas and tolls
Gas depends on vehicle, maybe around $15-20

It depends if this is a 1 time thing or daily - because if its a few times a month you get discounts on the bridges if you use EZpass

My husband fills up a tank which is usually around $60 (suv). Driving from lakewood to Brooklyn and back- usually always takes a half a tank so $30 on gas. Tolls would be the Verrazano bridge, outer-bridge or Goethals bridge , and garden state parkway. I think tolls would be around $30. Amount is also depending if you have an ez pass or not. Rates went up recently on tolls.

It's about $10 for GSP Tolls, About $25 for bridges. Gas depends on your car.

The federal mileage reimbursement rate is 67 cents a mile so if this is for a business deduction or work reimbursement you would use that number times the miles you drive (I just put the drive into google maps and use that number rather than tracking what I actually drove) plus cost of tolls and bill that amount.
