Anyone know if I can turn my lace top into a skin top?
if not, could I turn my already cut lace top into a closed laced?

Yes you can do a cap transfer
And yes if there’s enough lace left to fold about 1/4 inch at least

You can also line it with silk, a lot easier than doing a whole new cap.

My lace is lined and I don't like how fragile it is and natural it looks. I have a skin top that I wear now and want to convert the lace to be similar.
