Nobody's mentioned Blue Peter, and Radio 4 and of course The Archers. I have a friend who gets the Archers update emailed to her every day so she can keep up with the goings on in Ambridge!!!!
Oh and the shipping forecast with "Sailing By" before it and followed by the National Anthem, every night!

The Archers??? I used to listen to that with my Bubby 45 years ago!! And what about Women's Hour? That died a long time ago. But Coronation Street is still going on...my mother's addicted! She records it if she's going away. She gets a Chazora of Friday night & Yom Tov from her non-Frum friends  Every so often I'll ask her what's going on. Well, then I get a Chazora

marmite sounds like an amish marmalade ... I say the world has enough gross stuff not limited to but including butter ... I cannot imagine spreading yeast ... penicillin anybody ?!?!?!
