You troublemaker. Delete this post before it turns my nice, peaceful thread into a board mini-drama. Crayon has enough to deal with.

Excellent answers, each and every one. Those who wouldn't eat there managed to say something nice, anyway.

I really wouldn't have been hurt had someone said NO. Some of my favorite people here wouldn't consider such a thing. It's not personal.

Actually, it sounds like everyone *would* eat at your home.
No, not true. Those who won't aren't saying, because they're either being polite or staying away. I promised I wouldn't get offended.

Oh I wasn't being polite, but honestly I'm not here long enough to know you. BUT judging from your posts- I would definitely enjoy a meal in your company.

We don't prepare meat, here. And I'm hurt that you would suggest that I'd serve pork. We're fish-eating vegetarians (octo-lacto-pesco-vegetarians) so we only have the usual stuff in our cholent -- beans, crab claws, potatoes. Nothing too "out there."

I would have to ask my husband (jk)

To be honest I would probably eat by you but avoid problematic fruits and vegetables.

So you are saying that your cholent is more like a jambalaya? OH, do post the recipe!
