yosef - when rachel imeinu gave birth to yosef hatzaddik she said, "ki assaf hashem et cherpati" I personally like the name yosef.

First name that came to mind for "thanks" is Yehuda (Yuda, Yiddy) as Leah Immeinu called him for that reason.
