Oh your right, I found it.
Deli Spirals:
1 32oz bag frozen chopped spinach
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
8 large wraps
3/4 cup mayo
24 oz roasted red peppers
24 large sliced smoked turkey breast
oil, or pam
Defrost spinach and drain well. Squeeze out any water. Add eggs and salt. Mix well.
Assembly:
Smear aprox 1 1/2 T of mayo on each wrap leaving a thin border around the edges. Divide the spinach mixture between wraps and spread evenly. Place aprox 3 roastdee pepper halves cut into wide strips ontop of spinach mixture. Top with three slices of turkey.
Roll each wrap and cut into one inch rounds. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake on 350 for 30-35 min
serve room temp or cold
