I made two orders by carters and sent them back but I don't have the tracking number (forgot to write it down) and my cc wasn't credited. I send it back over 6 weeks ago!
carters told me they can't help me since I don't have a tracking number and I should be getting back a nice amount of money!
what should I do? ups can't help me

Did you use a shipping label that you printed online, or did you go to the post office or a UPS store? If you printed online, there is probably something you can track down. Otherwise you will need your receipt.
