My baby is just over 3 months and eats max 5 ounces every 4 hours and nothing at night, is this normal? I'm a first time mum so a bit worried and inexperienced

How long is "night"? Is your baby gaining properly?

Try this easy formula.
An infant should be eating 150 cc per kilo per day.
For example, a 3-month-old baby weighing about 6 kg would be expected to eat 900 cc per day. Assuming she eats 6 times a day, she should eat 150 cc (5 ounces) at each feeding.

How much less than that is she getting? How many feedings does she have per day and how much does she weigh?

It sounds like a little to me (20 oz a day?) but as long as she growing and gaining weight properly it's fine. Discuss it with your pediatrician at the 4 month visit
