DS is 11mo.
When he gets congested with a cough, he is fine all day. But come bedtime, he'll often vomit up his whole bedtime feed! Sometimes I'll put him into bed after his bottle and he'll start crying, then coughing then out it all comes. Other times he'll fall asleep no issue and wake up 30, 40 min later and then cry-cough-vomit.
He has the same size bottle before his nap and has never vomited then....
So far he's vomited once a night for the past 4 nights straight... Going a little crazy, but also would love to understand why it only happens with his night feed!

Keep him upright for 1/2 hour after feed. If he’s congested it may also cause some nausea.

When I have a cold or flu, I also have stronger symptoms in the evening. It is believed to be linked to cortisol levels, which correlate to the body's circadian rhythms.
Infants' circadian rhythms are a bit different from adults, but perhaps that aspect is the same.
