My 4 1/2 dd just started gan and she has been coming home with stained underwear, wet underwear. Today when I went ot pick her up she handed me her underwear and said I didnt want to wipe myself!!!
I dont understand.. I send her with wipes to gan.. and the most frustrating thing is she wipes herself at home with #1 I usually check on her after #2 just to make sure she did a good job.. but what is going on with her? How do I get her to take care of herself at Gan.. Im so scared my adorable daughter will end up being that kid who doesnt wipe herself and smells. HElp!!!

I think you should speak to her and explain her nicely. she is big enough to understand. the worst thing is to show her your frustration.

Talk to her. Ask her why she doesn't want to wipe. Although this seems illogical to you, it's probably very logical to her. If she tells you a "reason" (even if you think it's crazy), don't downplay it. Sympathize, and then brainstorm with her some ways around it.
If that doesn't get you anywhere, can you talk to her morahs? Maybe they could help.

Maybe the toilet area is very open and she doesn't want to spend too much time there? So she gets out as fast as she can...
