I began noticing a few tiny white pimples. (larger than white-heads) towards the midst of my bottom lip line a few months ago. I was hoping that they will disappear in time, but so far, they're still here.
Anyone with the same experience?
What do I do to get rid of them?
I use a lip coat (alcohol based) on top of my lipstick for years.. Could that possibly have caused it? Why now?

have you tried using a warm washcloth to open them up ? you might want to ask your dermy about them

I wash it well, of course. I even rub on it a bit, but I don't think I'm able (and brave) enough to open 'em up myself.
I might try with a warm washcloth next-time.. doubt that it'll work though, because they are too tiny to bust open.

For sensitive areas such as the around the mouth/eye skin you must get treated by a dermatologist as even over the counter products can cause irritation or damage.
the warm washcloth worked for my 12y/o DD with whiteheads but hers were on her cheeks as I read here THANKS!  .

Thanks everyone for replying. 
I'll make an appointment to a dermatologist for after Pesach imy'H. No time anymore..before Pesach...
Will keep you posted about the results imy'H.
