Does anyone have a good recipe?
my husband says he wants something different then I made first days. (I did onions and garlic with some salt and pepper.)
I need to cook it in a pot (no pesach fleishig oven) and regular pesach ingredients

I'd cook it in red wine and then make a reduction of the sauce once it's cooked. Serve with roasted vegetables.

I'm just about to marinate mine
I'm going to make small incisions all over the roast with a sharp knife and insert whole pealed garlic cloves in the cavities. Then I am going to put the meat in a marinade of red wine, some olive oil (optional) salt pepper and fresh rosemary.
It's going to be roasted over sliced onions and maybe I'll throw in some potatoes.
