1 cup rice(I use brown)
1 onion chopped
1 red pepper, cubed
1 green pepper, cubed
1 c chopped mushroom
1 carrot ,coarsly grated
2 tb onion soup mix
1 tsp salt
4 tb cooking oil 2 c boiling water
put in foil pan, mix, cover with aluminim foil , bake 50 minutes covered and 10 uncovered. if u see its not done add some more water and bake until absorbed.
its really good

Sound great, maybe I will try it. My only problem is ds 1 and ds2 wont eat rice

Haha. My kids will only eat white rice. Heaven forbid it should have a vegetable in it.

Dear Flowerpower:
Thanks for a fabulous recipe. It is becoming a regular favorite for Shabbos. So easy, plentiful, colorful and delicious. The only change we made is to add 1 tblsp of soya sauce.
