Definitely milchigs. Do you want to go all out or just a few things?
If you want to be simple. Just make a nice soup, serve pizza and bagels with spread and some ice cream. If you wanna be fancy and homemade, lemme know.

I once made the lasagna on Thursday night and just rewarmed it on Motzei Shabbos. It was so good and tasted like I had just made it.

Quiche and Bagels is nice with some salades. Remember they have already eaten a lot of heavy food on Shabbos and the time is late. The simpler the better.
