my dd just turned two and still naps during the day. I am sending her to a daycamp thats 9:30-2:15 and that means she wont nap anymore. she does not nap anywhere other than her crib and going away for shabbos is a nitemare with her bec she is up all nite... is it mean of me to just stop her naps just like that, even if I put her in early for the nite? as of now she goes in for the nite at 6:30...
what should I do?

I would pick her up early if that happened. thats what I did with my daughter when I sent her at two and a half I picked her up at twelve because I knew she was tired and needed a nap (and also I thought three hours was enough for that age)
because many kids need a nap until three...
if she stops taking a nap I would say to put her to bed at five forty five, six because she will be exausted by then. my daughter who is four is tired by then so she goes to bed at six or six fifteen...

I agree... Pick her up early. She'll be miserable otherwise.
