Your recipe is almost the same as mine! And yes, it so easy and incredibly delicious!
(Mine uses whipped cream cheese, has 3 eggs, 3/4 cup of sugar, and 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar. And after I turn off the oven, I leave the cake in the closed oven until it cools completely, so that the top doesn't "crack".)

Bubby, I bumped one up for you.
I use the cherry cheesecake deluxe recipe (cheesecake part) as a base for all different kinds of cheesecake.
I top it with caramel or crumble sandwich cream cookies into it for a cookies and cream type cheesecake.
Some where I have a chocolate mousse cheesecake recipe. I will look for it. All recipes (I think) can be made in the ready made crusts, just you will prob. end up with 2 of them instead of one.

It means posting in a thread to bring it to the top or near the top of the list of recent topics. I am going to bump it again just for the fun of it.
