Does anyone have an easy fast recipe for fried brown rice??? thanks!

Cool down 3 cups of cooked brown rice. Heat 2 t of oil in a pan. Fry rice in oil for a few minutes. make a well in the middle & add 1 beaten egg. Stir it as it starts to cook. When half cooked, mix with rice. Add soy sauce, salt & pepper.

I do the same but add frozen peas, scallions and bean sprouts. Grated carrot too.
