So... I have a bunch of boneless chicken breasts that I want to use up for Shabbos lunch, but I don't want to make schnitzel. Any ideas?? Something that would be good at room temperature is preferred! Thanks!

Thanks, OldYoung. I'd love to try either, but for this Shabbos at least, I can't. I already have about 10 different salads plus a guest who doesn't eat gluten so there goes the puff pastry for deli roll. Thanks though!

I personally dont like chicken cutlets but the people I have served it to like it. there is no recipe, just marinate and grill / broil- dont overdo it cuz it will get too dried out and then serve at room temperature!

I like grilled chicken cold or room temp so I serve that all the time for shabbos (and I do heat things up shabbos day but I prefer it not heated). There is a recipe for Moroccan Chicken in the first Koshe Pallette that works really well.

this is something I tweaked from a cookbook.

take roasted, salted almonds and grind them up (not fine, there should be chunks). I actually put it in a bag and crush them with a can

take honey. add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika a little cayenne pepper.

spray pan with nonstick spray.
dunk in honey.
coat in nuts
spray top of chicken with cooking spray and bake

I make something similar and it's great. I think I am going to make that for day this week.

I like to marinate chicken in BBQ sauce and then grill it (I use a George Foreman Grill) and everyone loves it at room temp. Its also good to cut up and put in a wrap!
