I got challah dough on a towel, and I stuck it in the wash and my wash is all covered in challah dough even after a long cycle. how do I get my stuff clean????

Wash again with very hot water that's the only way.

I still think that you will have to rewash again with more soap this should work.

I also have a towel that is ruined from challa dough. I think that the only way to get it off is to sit and pick the peices of dough off........and I don't have patience for that.
Btw, I have stopped covering my bowl of challa with a towel since then, I use silverfoil now, and it keeps it warm.

First use parchment paper then put a towel over that.
