Hopefully it will be available here in Israel and you won't have to make it. The one that our friends are making is great and why not support someone just starting out in business and a fellow neighbor.

And I prefer to make anything myself if its cheaper. If I'm buying something I'd rather support a friend, but if the choice is buying or making, I'll make any day.

Some things are just better off store bought. Making Beef Jerky needs all the right elements which can not always been done at home.
