Does anyone know if I'm allowed to put on music for my playgroup during the 3 weeks? They are 2 years old & LOVE when I play music for them.

I heard there can be leniency in this, however I've not had this situation.

The halacha for our kindergarten class was that they could listen to music during sefiras ha'omer.
But I would ask the parents if they are o.k with it or not. You don't want the kids coming home
telling their parents that they have listened to music and then have the parents calling you and
complaining.

My daughter's playgroup teacher told me that she asked a Sheila, and was told that if she taught the children about not listening to music during the 3 weeks, then she should not play music during that time, for Chinuch purposes.
I guess you should ask your LOR.
