I love my travel swing. It doesn't take up a half a room and still serves the purpose well.

We have the swing like Mitzvah Giraffe only in the Little Lamb design. Yes it goes both side to side and front to back, my baby prefers the front to back. Only complaint, it doesn't plug in. I hate batteries. Our old swing (that died) could be either.

Ours plugs in and has batteries. There is a switch for which to use. Someone else made the same comment to me. Maybe our swings are very similar but not exactly the same.

Maybe it's the Australian model?

Are you still looking to buy a swing? I bought the top of the line Graco Sweetpeace Swing for my 2 month old. The problem is that he screams anytime I put him down anywhere so it was only used 2-3 times. Its a great swing that swings side to side or front to back & can be plugged in.
Im thinking of selling it and buying a baby carrier instead. If you would like, I can sell it to you for less than they're sold in stores. You can pm me for details. Thanks!
