To remove mildew from shower walls:
Fill up a spritz bottle with bleach, spray entire surface of shower tiles and grout.
Allow to sit for 5 hours.
Scrub shower walls really well with scrub brush and bathroom cleaner.
Caution: never leave bleach in spirtz bottle, especially if there are children in the house.
Empty bottle, then rinse thoroughly when done.

Generally, bleach is safe on the tiles and toilet. But leaving the bleach to seep for 5 hours can be damaging to the tiling if done on a regular basis. Only use this method when mildew needs to be removed. Do not use for weekly maintenance.

If you own shaklee cleaners you can make a solution of 16 oz. of water and two drops of basic h for the same purpose and you can use it daily.
