Pour Mikee's sesame teriyaki sauce (or anything else like that) on 1 or 2 pieces of chicken cutlet.
bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. cut up and store in its liquid.
dressing:
1/4 cup sesame oil
3 tablespoon rice or white wine vinegar
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger (I skipped it dont like ginger)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
mix lettuce, chow mein noodles, chicken and dressing.. serve immediately
