add some breadcrumbs and maybe an egg or two and some spices, bake with nonstick spray or fry. Sounds like a yummy supper!

Green, do you mind sharing what you ended up making? I'd love to make this for dinner one night. My mom has a recipe that she used to make, but I can't call her up now to ask. I'll post it here if I manage to get it from her, but can I have yours in the meantime?

Thanks!

Thanks. Did you cook or steam the veggies before? Did you mash them or grate them?

There's a recipe for a vegetable patty in the pupa cook book. I make it every now and then.
My kids didn't wanna taste it at first , but after making it some times they LOVE IT.

Spray your baking pan or put a very, very thin layer of oil on it. Put down the patties. Turn them over (this puts a very thin layer of oil on the top of the patty). Put them in the oven - preheated if you'd like - at about 350 F (175 C) and bake. After about 20 min. when the top is golden, turn them over and bake on the other side for about 10 min. till the top is golden again.

lol greenfire, your instructions are the same but sound a lot simpler!!
