My girls got shoco when they woke up
I had then put lots of little dishes of things in the fridge that they could help themselves to all morning, cucumber sticks, cut cherry tomatoes, pepper sticks, apple pieces, pomegranite, triangle cheese, corn shnitzels.
For lunch I gave them pasta and deli
In the afternoon they got a bowl of snacks (bamba and cookies) to share and a yoghurt each
For supper they got tuna salad, hard boiled egg and whatever they had left from the morning of the cut veg.

in the end, it was simple.
breakfast: cereal
snack: cake
lunch: PB&honey on challah, and an apple, and cake
dinner: jelly&honey on challah (this was ds's idea and I wasn't about to fight him by this point) and gefilte fish and cake
post-dinner: more cereal for ds. this was a whole ordeal bc he insisted he wanted "pillow cookies" for cereal and I had no idea what that meant and 90 min to go so I wasn't having the best problem solving skills--but eventually we figured out he wanted shredded wheat squares.
