My 14 ye old just called and let me know that his "Davening" jacket is torn beyond repair. He is in Kiriat Gat and we have no family in Israel to take care of this. He wears large men size clothing and we need something really inexpensive(under $50-$60) to last till we can send him a replacement. His friend's father,who is visiting Israel now, agreed to drive him if it 's not too far. Where to go?

Does he have an older suit that's on it's way out? My brother throws away the pants from his old suits when they are no longer wearable, but the jacket is usually in decent condition and becomes his davening jacket.
