I will like to take my child to group therapy for social skill training. I was wondering if anybody heard of Dr. Simcha Cohen or Dr. Chaim Neuhoff and what your opinion about them is.

Dr. Cohen is a bit informal but he really helped my dh get past some of his issues. He saw him around age 19. He is very insightful and often willing to take phone calls if necessary.

Dr. Neuhoff is odd with parents but great with children. My son went to him but sadly the group did not continue after Pesach.

I heard about Dr. Chaim Newhoff's group, but my son never get to going there...
Check with JBFCS- they often have social skills groups running- 718 435 5700
