I'm walking to shul and a bug flies in my ear.

It's wildly uncomfortable, to say the least, and I guess I'm "carrying"...and I don't want to kill on Shabbos..........

I get it out as best I can and wash my hands when I get to shul. I used a Q-tip when I got home, to make sure there was nothing else left in there (ew, I know)!

What SHOULD I have done?
