I'm looking for boots that would be good for my 2 1/2 year old to wear in the snow, but don't want to spend a lot. Any suggestions?

Target-surprisingly good quality, very warm and they held up through an entire winter.

circo brand boots at target. should be $15. best snow boots I've ever gotten.
