I found in the archives some non- potato latke recipes... im looking for more !!!!
has anyone tried using celery root instead of potato ?

Does anyone have any good veggie latke recipes they can share with me ?

ps. - I think if I needed to, it wouldnt be the end of the world to use a few white potatoes to mix with a vegetable, as long as its not mostly potato.
