is there a good way to make a breaded whole (un cut up) chicken? Has anyone done it? Would I just try to dip the entire chicken into breadcrumbs?

When I make this. I smear mayonnaise with spices (garlic, paprika) on both sides of chicken, then take large ziplock bag and fill with breadcrumbs and lots of spice (salt, pepper, garlic and paprika) and then put chicken in bag and shake up untill coated.
If I'm in a time crunch, I lay the chicken in glass pyrex, spread mayonaise with spices and then just pour spiced breadcrumbs heavily on top and bake.
I bake it covered for about 35 minutes and then uncovered for the rest. Yummy moist inside and crunchy outside... ENJOY!
