I only have a small amount of scrumptious homemade dairy marinara, not enough to make a full meal out of. What can I do with it other than cook more pasta? It's not enough to make it worth cutting up an eggplant, for example. Ideas?

Use it for an individual sized pizza.
Spread it over a pita, a piece of bread, or a tiny piece of dough.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake.
Yum!

I hear it freezes very well. Save it and add to your next fresh batch.

I have 2 or 3 such jars in the fridge at all times; we use such sauce a lot.

what kinds of things do you use it for? I always have these sauces get moldy in the fridge after a few days.

Our fridge is quite cold. 2 or 3 days is very few days for sauce to mold.
homemade pizza
sauce for noodles
sauce for gef fish
sauce for ravioli
you can add some water to stretch it too.

has anyone frozen bought marinara sauce? I don't use it very often and when I do, I usually use only half a bottle, and the rest remains in my fridge for a few weeks until it molds.
