So, I have always used the frozen french fries, but my kids never ate them. I realized that it wasn't cutting corners if they wouldn't touch them. greenfire came to the rescue with an easy shmeasy "recipe" for homemade oven baked fries... and here they are....
Less fat. less mess and not a crumb left over!

cook them on parchment paper and they bake even better!
