Does anyone know what age nightmares start in kids. For the past two weeks--my 2.5 year old has been waking up in the middle of the night(ie: no cars outside, no noise in the house) screaming for me or my dh. Usually we run in, remind her we are here kiss, hug and and give her " her blankie" and she goes right back to sleep. I ask her what the problem is--is there a booboo--but she is so tired that she doesn't answer. Any ideas what it might be or what to do?
