I have a lot of milk and I want to use it before it goes bad. anyone have anything I can make?
we dont eat cookies, pies, cakes etc so something else.
also dont want to freeze it.

make a soup using milk as the liquid, instead of water or broth.
specially delicious in tomato soup or broccoli soup.

smoothies with banana and other fruits. Or ice cream milkshakes.
Macaroni and cheese uses a lot of milk.
quiches use milk. Pancakes can be made with milk.
btw milk is fine frozen...all our milk is frozen, as long as you don't leave it too long in the frezer you will hardly notice a difference.

How much is "a lot"? If you're talking quarts and quarts, make your own yogurt or cheese.
