I have a cleaning lady 2 hours a week for a small 2 BR apartment. This is what she does:
Sweep & mop floors
Toilet, sink, bathtub
Kitchen counters, sinks, stovetop & sometimes a few dishes (like 1 or 2 cereal bowls or sippy cups)
Dusting in kid's room, my room & dining room
Occasionally inside the fridge or cabinets if she has extra time.
Before Pesach I will add: inside fridge, inside china closet, inside cabinets & pantry shelves and I will ask her to come an extra hour each week for 3 weeks to do this.
