why do we not give toddlers nuts? at what age is it ok?
is it ok to give a 2 yr old a cookie w/ almond slivers in it?

Nuts tend to be choking hazards and it's a common allergy.
Almond slivers in a cookie should be fine, but I'd keep and eye out for an allergic reaction.
