HELP!!!!
My mixer died in the middle of making challah, I forgot to take the eggs out of the fridge to let them get to room tempertaure, and I DID NOT FOLLOW THE RECIPE'S ORDER! (even though I put exact same amount of ingrediants!
PLEASE SOMEONE tell me that my challah isn't gonna flop and it will come out ok? Is there a CHANCE?!

well ... if you mixed hot water with yeast, it could kill it...and if the yeast and the salt touched each other, ditto.
otherwise, you just have to knead it for the 15 minutes, since your mixer can't.

just hand mix it (take off your rings) it should be fine...
I have never had to let eggs warm and its fine if its a little out of order...

I always make my challah by hand.
and do not have a particular order in which to mix the ingredients.
occasionally I make a mistake (6 tbsp instead of tsp salt, 3 eggs instead of 2)
my challah always comes out great anyway.
hope yours does too.
