amazing but easy salmon:
boil 8 salmon fillets in salted water for 15 minutes
after it cools, remove skin and place in aluminum pan
combine:
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c water
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c mayo
and pour on top of salmon
slice an onion and spread it on top
stick in 3 bay leaves
done!
(lasts for 2 weeks in the fridge!)
