Ate this somewhere:
romaine lettuce
baby tomatoes
croutons
craisins
sugared almonds (not sure what they're really called)
and a mustard type dressing
Anyone have a recipe for the dressing?? I suppose it's a ceaser type dressing with mustard in it?

anyone have the euro salads recipe that's like this??
thanks greeneyes, but I don't have apple cider vinegar. Can I make with regular or wihtout?

Euro salad with fruit
2 16-ounce package euro salad (or romain lettuce)
2 mangos (cubed)
1 box fresh strawberrys (washed and sliced)
3/4 cup craisins
1 pound honey glazed almonds
dressing:
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
combine all salad ingredients.
stir all dressing ing. over low flame for 5 min
cool dressing pour over immediately before serving.
yields 12-15 servings
note: best results if salad is prepared 2-3 hrs before serving!

It would probably come out fine with regular vinegar. It's a really delicious dressing.
