I see you put this under Guests. Are these people hosts often? A great gift that might be enjoyed is a Guest Book, where guests can sign and write comments about their stay. Some hosts love it and some don't like the idea.

What I did a while back:

I ordered (online) hand towels embroidered with a monogram of our hosts names. They really seemed to like it, and people tell me they use them on Shabbos for washing, which was nice to hear!

I would say give them just about anything you want. After all it's the thought that counts. Especially in this case where they're not in need of anything.
