Baked chicken cutlet

I really need a recipe for tomorrow night's cutlet dinner. I want a recipe that is baked , preferably breaded, but I don't have honey or soy sauce (maybe 1 or 2 tsps left of soy sauce) and I am sick of using mayo and/or mustard. Any good breaded recipes or a good sauce that does NOT require sauteeing anything?

You can dip the cutlets in duck sauce, then dredge them in cornflake crumbs, and bake.
You can make pastrami chicken roll ups.
Kishka stuffed chicken.
Beauty and the Beast's chicken, broccoli and rice bake.
Chicken Fajitas in the oven.
