I just opened a fresh frozen package of raw chicken breasts and there are little white dots on parts of it. What are they? Is my chicken spoiled?

I've sen that also. I think it's mottled fat.

its called freezer burn. the chicken is not spoiled but I would cut off the areas with the dots as it tends to be a little more dried out from the freezer burn. it usually happens to things that have been in the freezer a while so its best to use up older stuff first.
