going to hotel b/c family member works there. always too much food-always gain weight. how do I plan ahead? only thing I can come up with is not finish everything on plate. any other ideas? tia:)

the time you don't need to spend cooking and serving go for walks. Lots of them.

Fill up on salad. Limit yourself to a half or two thirds of a one matzo. Eat fruit between meals. No refills allowed.

limited portions, fill up on fruits and veggies, drink lots of water, no seconds!

I lost five pounds going to a hotel(over a whole week of pesach). here is why:
-I didn't use a shabbos elevator and I was on a second floor. I was constantly shlepping my stroller up and down.
-We went with my mil= no pigging out in front of her.
-I never took any dessert.
-I didn't snack between meals.
-I attended the exercise classes during chol homoed.
-I walked on yom tov with my dh.
