One game that my son's friends loved was a treasure hunt. Divide the boys into two teams and give an initial clue that leads them to a second clue and from the second to a third, etc. I give each team their own leads to follow, but only one treasure at the end. The first group to find it is the winner.
Do you have any outdoor space? Would you do races on YT? There is a fun relay race where you have a costume that the boys have to dress in, run to one end, change costumes, run back, take off the costume, and give it to the next boy. Obviously the costume should be large enough to fit over their clothes. They use up a lot of energy but they don't do too much running around so hopefully won't dirty their YT clothes.
