She won one of those contests in which you write an essay why you need a household management consultant to make over your home, and they write an article about you in a magazine with before and after pix. Phase 1 of the consultation: dejunking.
OR:
She won one of those contests in which you win a new house complete with furnishings and clothes. The catch is you cannot bring with you to the new house anything from the old house.

all right all, I figured it out!!!
Tefilah was looking for a place to stay in CH, wasn't she?
Well, our dear SaraG will be hosting her during her stay, and babysitting for her (sleeping) children while she's at it. Tefilah DID promise that it will be easy money.
SaraG therefore is clearing out her house before the twins invade the place!

And SaraG did say that she thought $10 an hour fair pay for babysitting. EXACTLY what Tefila was offering.
